Terms and Conditions:
Terms of membership include an annual commitment of (4) Club orders made quarterly throughout the year.
Members have 30 days to pick up their Club Orders and make their Custom Wine Selections or the pre-selected Club shipments are charged and shipped.
By signing up for the wine club you authorize Singing Water Vineyards to keep a credit card on file and charge your credit card for each club order not picked up within 30 days.
You agree that if you selected “pick up” and you have not picked up by the last day of the pick-up time frame (usually 30 days), your wine will be automatically shipped and shipping fees charged to your credit card
Must be over 21 years old to be member. By signing up for wine club membership you are confirming you are over 21.
Adult (over 21 years old) signature required at delivery. Please designate an address for shipping where someone over 21 will be present to sign during normal business hours (many people list their business address). No PO Boxes allowed.
We ship to a limited number of states based on shipping laws and limitations.
Note: Email notification will be sent prior to processing your payment.
There will be an email notification sent with information about the wine club wines, including pick up information and shipping, after processing.
Members are responsible for any shipping, return and re-shipping costs.
Heat & Weather Conditions: Because of our sensitivity to the temperature variances that can occur during the summer months, we generally ship Monday through Wednesday. We may, at times, contact customers to consult on overnight shipping or a holding the shipment back to ensure the integrity of their wines.
Members must notify Singing Water via email at wineclub@singingwater.com at least 10 days prior to each club order payment processing with any changes/cancellation.
Singing Water may substitute a different vintage of a wine (or a different wine of equal or greater value) if the specified vintage designated for that shipment is depleted prior to pick-up or shipment.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Members must give 10 days notice of cancellation prior to Club Order Processing or annual renewal to avoid Cancellation fee. A $50 Cancellation fee will be applied if membership is cancelled prior to annual commitment.
Annual Membership will automatically convert to a month-to month commitment once the year commitment has been fulfilled.
